Spectrum Science: The Solar System ________________

This and other Spectrum Science interactives were created to accompany the 2008 release of a Holt, Rinehart and Winston textbook of the same name. The textbook serves as an introductory survey of all the main branches of science. Each interactive was developed by Second Avenue Software's subject matter experts and instructional designers to supplement the material in the textbook. This particular interactive, The Solar System, allows users to explore the eight planets in our home system. Users are able to approach each planet and perform tests to determine what makes each one unique. Then, the user travels to an alien solar system to explore how it differs from our own.
